Reminder – Free Active Ageing 17 October Newton Village Hall 2pm- 3pm

A REMINDER – The first ‘Active Ageing’ session will be held in the Village Hall this Thursday, the 17th October.  It’s an opportunity to take some gentle exercise at a social event under the guidance of a qualified instructor.  It’s free!
