A Big Thank You for all the Newton Litter Pickers

On Sunday the 7th of April your Parish Councillors were joined by a dozen volunteers to carry out the Annual Litter Pick.  Whilst the village streets are relatively free of litter you’ll see from the photo that substantial amounts of rubbish were collected from Newton Road and Newton Lane as well as the Great Central Way.

Thanks to all who gave up an hour of their time to make the Village a better place.
