TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF A426 LEICESTER ROAD, D3061 NEWTON MANOR LANE, D7344 LOWER LODGE AVENUE, RUGBY
Please see below information from Warwickshire County Council regarding some road closures from 21st to 28th April 2022 for carriageway resurfacing:
| Effects of Order | A426 Leicester Road closed to vehicular traffic between the roundabout at the junctions of Brownsover Road & Boughton Road, the roundabout at the junctions of Newton Manor Lane & Lower Lodge Avenue and the roundabout at the junctions of Central Park Drive & Overview Way.
D3061 Newton Manor Lane and D7344 Lower Lodge Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic. The One-way traffic flow in Brownsover Lane will be temporarily suspended. |
| Reason for Order | Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, overnight 20.00-06.00hrs. |
| Order Effective from: 21 April 2022 for up to 18 months or until works are completed, whichever is the sooner. | |
| Anticipated Completion Date: 28 April 2022. | |
| Access & Diversion: Alternative routes will be signed and are available.
Main Route: A426, A4071, A45, Coventry Road, Daventry Road, A45, A361, A5, A426 and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible. |
