Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) Completion of the review for the financial year ended 31 March 2021
PKF Littlejohn LLP, the official external auditors, have signed off Newton and Biggin Parish Council’s external audit (the AGAR) and financial accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021. With the exception of a couple of notes regarding accuracy of the submission (see 2 External Auditor Report 2020/21 in Section 3 document), there were no actions to be taken.
There are four formal documents that are required to be shared publicly:

These are also on the Parish Council Notice Board until the end of the financial year.
Please also be aware that the external auditors apologised for the delay in sending the closure documentation that had been issued following completion of the external review for the year ended 31 March 2021. This was only received by the Council on 14th December 2021.
